Recognition that
actually scales.

Most brands look inconsistent across web, print, and social — because the system was never defined. Logo, typography, colour, and guidelines built to travel across every touchpoint without asking for permission first.

Most logos exist
without a system.

A logo is a mark. An identity is the logic that connects the mark to every other visual decision. Without it, the brand fragments — one version at the printer, another on the website, a third in the sales deck.

🎯

The one-off mark

Someone designed a logo but not a system. No colour logic, no type choices, no rules for how to use it. Three months later the brand looks different everywhere it appears.

📂

No guidelines

The brand exists only in the head of whoever designed it. New hire, new agency, new printer — each one makes different decisions. The brand fragments with every handoff.

🔁

Rebrand on repeat

Without a foundation, every year something about the brand feels off. The answer keeps looking like a redesign — when it's usually just building the system that should have been there from the start.

Built for the brand
you're building.

Four phases.
No guesswork.

  1. 01

    Discovery & audit

Understanding the business, its audience, and what the brand already means. Existing mark, usage contexts, competitors. A written brief and direction before any visuals are made.

  2. 02

    Brand strategy

Positioning, personality, and tone of voice. What the brand should feel like before a single visual decision is made. One clear document — not a 40-slide deck.

  3. 03

    Visual design

Logo concepts, colour, typography, layout system — explored in context, not on a white background. Two rounds of feedback. You approve before guidelines are written.

  4. 04

    Delivery & handover

Brand guide PDF, all editable source files, production-ready exports for print and screen. No vendor lock-in — you own everything.

Common questions.

How long does a brand identity project take?
A focused logo and visual system takes 3–4 weeks. A full brand identity — from strategy through guidelines to applied assets — runs 5–8 weeks. I give a realistic timeline with the proposal, not one that shrinks after the contract is signed.
What's included in the brand guidelines document?
Logo usage rules, colour palette (with HEX, RGB, and CMYK print values), typographic hierarchy, spacing system, do/don't examples, and a file index. Enough for anyone — a new hire, a printer, or an agency — to apply the brand correctly without asking.
Can I update the brand myself after delivery?
Yes. All source files are delivered in editable formats: Figma for design work, SVG and PDF for production. The guidelines are a living document — if you add a product line or change a name, I can update it.
Do you handle naming and brand strategy too?
Strategy is part of every brand project — it's the first phase, not an upsell. Naming I do as part of a full rebrand where needed. I don't offer strategy or naming as standalone services because without the visual output they have nowhere to land.
How is working with one designer different from an agency?
You talk to the person making the decisions, not an account manager summarising them for someone else. The brief doesn't get translated three times. Context doesn't get lost between phases. And the work doesn't change style when a senior designer is replaced mid-project.
