[SERVICES] — SEO & MARKETING
Traffic with
buying intent.
SEO and Google Ads for businesses that want enquiries, not impressions. Built on the foundation of a fast, semantically correct website — not a campaign poured into a broken page.
[01] — THE PROBLEM
Most marketing spend
doesn't buy anything.
High impressions, low enquiries. Clicks with no conversion. The agency reports green arrows every month but the phone doesn't ring. These are the three patterns behind it.
The vanity click
High impressions, high clicks, zero enquiries. The campaign performs by the agency's metrics — reach, CTR, sessions — but not by yours. The difference is targeting intent, not interest.
No attribution
You're spending on ads and SEO but don't know which channel drives actual enquiries. Without proper tracking, you're optimising feelings, not data — and the budget renewal conversation is a guess.
Traffic into a broken funnel
The ads work but the page doesn't convert. Slow load time, unclear offer, no call-to-action above the fold. More traffic into a broken page just buys more nothing.

SEO is built into every website I build — not sold separately as an afterthought. Standalone SEO is available for existing sites.
[03] — HOW SEO IS DIFFERENT HERE
The foundation is built in,
not bolted on.
Every website I build ships with semantic HTML, structured data (JSON-LD), Core Web Vitals–optimised performance, sitemap, and Google Search Console submission on launch day. SEO isn't a plugin — it's how the site is built.
Semantic structure
Correct heading hierarchy, landmark elements, and meaningful HTML — the signals search engines read before they read your content.
Structured data
JSON-LD schema for services, local business, FAQ, breadcrumbs — eligible for rich results without a plugin that adds 40 KB of JavaScript.
Core Web Vitals
LCP, CLS, and INP within Google's thresholds. Fast hosting, optimised images, deferred non-critical scripts. Performance is not negotiable.
Indexing from day one
Sitemap.xml, robots.txt, and manual Search Console submission on launch day. Your site doesn't wait weeks to be found.
[04] — HOW IT WORKS
Four phases.
Measurable at each one.
- 01
Audit & brief
Site health check, keyword landscape, what's working vs. wasted. A written brief with priorities and realistic projections — not a dashboard full of green ticks that don't mean anything.
- 02
On-page foundation
Keyword mapping, semantic page structure, meta tags, schema markup, internal link architecture — the compounding work that ads can't buy.
- 03
Ads setup (if applicable)
Campaign structure, match types, copy variants, ad extensions. Set up to learn fast and spend precisely — not to burn budget on broad match and hope.
- 04
Reporting & iteration
Monthly report: rankings, traffic, leads, cost-per-enquiry. What moved, what didn't, what the next month prioritises. No auto-generated PDF that nobody reads.
[05] — FAQ
Common questions.
- How long before SEO shows results?
- Three to six months for new rankings to solidify; page-one positions for competitive terms take longer. I'm honest about this upfront — SEO is compounding, not immediate. For immediate traffic, Google Ads runs from day one while organic builds.
- Can you do SEO without rebuilding the website?
- Yes. I can audit an existing site and work within its CMS. Most standalone SEO engagements start with a technical audit to assess what's possible on the current stack — and what would be worth changing.
- Do you do social media marketing?
- No. My focus is search marketing — Google organic and paid — where purchase intent is already present. Social has a place in the marketing mix, but it's a different specialism and I don't dilute by trying to do both.
- Is SEO still worth it if I'm already running Google Ads?
- Usually yes. Ads provide immediate traffic; SEO reduces your dependence on it. The two work together: ads capture high-intent queries while organic builds authority that lowers cost-per-click over time. Most clients run both for 6–12 months, then scale ads back as organic rankings compound.
- Do you write the content too?
- I write SEO-structured page briefs and can draft service and location pages. For large-scale content programmes — regular blog posts, product descriptions at scale — I work with specialist copywriters and can manage that relationship if needed.
