Digital products (UX/UI, design systems), brand identity systems, web design and development (Webflow, WordPress, hand-coded Astro), and commercial photography. Most engagements are end-to-end — strategy through delivery — for mid-sized B2B and consumer-facing brands across the EU.

Where is GALLAXI based and do you work remotely?

GALLAXI is based in Zagreb, Croatia. Most work is done remotely for clients across the EU. On-site days in Zagreb are available when the project benefits from in-person collaboration. Filip works in English, Croatian, and German.

What is a typical project timeline?

Accepted Answer

Brand identity systems run 4 to 8 weeks. A complete website (design and build) typically takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on scope and CMS complexity. Product design engagements are usually a 3 to 6 month minimum. Retainer arrangements are available for ongoing brand, web, and photography work.

How do you charge?

Most engagements are scoped per project with a fixed fee. Long-running engagements (Vacom, HOMEdeco) are monthly retainers. Hourly work is reserved for advisory or small interventions. All invoicing is through GALLAXI obrt in Croatia (EUR).

Do you also build and maintain the sites you design?

Accepted Answer

Yes. GALLAXI is one of the few practices where the designer also writes the production code and maintains the deployment. WordPress (HOMEdeco), Webflow (Sports Doctors Network), and hand-coded Astro (this site) are all in active rotation. Ongoing maintenance retainers are available.
