Studio sessions run on a brief: what does the portrait need to communicate? A senior executive needs gravitas and approachability. An actor needs range. A founder needs credibility without stiffness. The lighting setup, background, and post-production direction follow from that brief — not from habit.
Black-and-white conversions are done selectively, not as a default. When the image calls for it.
Booking a portrait session
