GALLAXI Flow
An internal enquiry workflow connecting Meta lead forms with source sheets and a shared overview. A public reconstruction shows the logic with demonstration data, without exposing real contacts.
INTERNAL PROJECT / PUBLIC RECONSTRUCTION
An enquiry needs a clear next step.
An ad enquiry starts a conversation. Its source, answers and contact need to stay together, with a clear distinction between automatic transfer and human follow-up.
Before: information across several places.
Forms and campaigns ask different questions. Copying them into disconnected lists makes source tracking, notes and next steps harder to maintain.
After: source and work stay connected.
The original Meta record stays in its source sheet. A shared overview brings sources together; status, owner and next step remain separate and linked to the original ID.

- 01
The enquiry reaches its source sheet
A direct Meta → Google Sheets connection transfers enquiries from selected forms. Each source is mapped to its actual questions.
- 02
The record keeps its identity
The original lead ID connects answers with manual working fields. Notes remain attached to the record.
- 03
The overview gives context
A shared view combines enquiries and working status. A direct link takes the operator to the correct source row.
- 04
A person owns the next step
Qualification, conversation, proposal and decisions remain human work. Transferring a contact does not prove a sale or a conversation.
Reliability is part of the design.
- Separate source and manual columns linked by the same ID.
- Verify record counts, unique IDs and transferred answers.
- Preserve notes and make sheet capacity explicit.
- Check connection, historical import and a new enquiry separately.
Clear scope. Verifiable work.
The implemented scope covers form integration, a shared overview and operator handoff. Additional messages, reminders and integrations are scoped separately after checking the tools and their rules.
Connect your first process
Start with one real bottleneck and the tools you already use. Integration scope depends on what those tools support.
